How It Works

Registered respondents are assigned a personalised daily poll queue based on their demographic profile and interests. Each response earns points that contribute to a reputation score and can be redeemed for rewards.

All poll results are aggregated using robust statistical methods and presented with full demographic breakdowns. We enforce strict data quality controls — including fraud detection, device fingerprinting, and quality screening questions — to ensure the integrity of every result we publish.

Our Methodology

PollsCafe uses panel-based sampling with demographic quotas to ensure representative results. Polls are activated against defined panels that specify target demographics, and our distribution system balances responses to match population benchmarks.

Polls auto-pause when credit balances are depleted or response targets are met.

We take data quality seriously. Our multi-layered fraud detection system analyses response patterns, device fingerprints, and behavioural signals to identify and flag suspicious activity. A dedicated review queue allows our team to investigate flagged responses before they affect published results.
